Character select screenshot - legit?

I was watching a Smash Brothers Brawl video at Gametrailers.com (link below) and noticed the character select screen at around 00:12, with several characters I can't identify. Is this screen legit? If so, this is a pretty fine spread.

Pretty impressive if it's real, and I don't see any reason to think it isn't. Can anyone identify the silver-haired anime-like character that's 1-from the right and 1-from the bottom in the bottom right corner? What about the batman-like character in the bottom center? Maybye I'm just dreaming but does the character to the right of Lucas look like Megaman?

Yet again begging the question, how can a being intelligent enough to use a computer to navigate to this site and make a thread be too stupid to notice an obvious fake. It wasn't even presented as truth since it had a BIG ****ING QUESTION MARK over it. If that weren't enough, it's quite easy to see that all of the character tiles are from old screenshots and various artwork spread across the internet.

I always find it hilarious when someone makes fun of someone else for not knowing how to read, but spells tons of stuff wrong.
