Character movesets question

I recently downloaded a Cloud psa over Ike. Is it possible to specifically set the Cloud moveset over 1 of Ike's 6 costumes, so that I can still choose Ike with his original moveset? Or is it either one or the other?

No. The PSA goes over the whole character. The costumes itself just contain the textures for the palette changes.

I heard that doing it this way would be alot harder than the supposed "clone engine" some people are working on. The way they're doing it I think is taking advantage of the "dummy" character slots left over from Dr. Mario, Toon Zelda, etc.
