Can't shake this feeling I've done this topic already, but I couldn't find anything on the search.
Name:Jack Pete
Game: Harvest Moon series
Company: Natsume
Symbol: Chicken
A: Pitchfork (long range, little damage & kinda slow)
B: Watering can (makes a small area of the floor slippery)
>B: Pulls a random object (stone, piece of wood, weed or egg) out of his rucksack & throws it.
^B: Tornado spin with sicle.
vB: Downward axechop.
Super: Turns around, gets a paniced look on his face & runs from a rampaging flock of chickens.
Taunt: heavy huffs, wipes sweat from his forehead.
Victory pose 1: See above pic.
Victory pose 2: gets kissed on the cheek by random HM girl
Victory pose 3: Picks up his dog & hugs him.
Yes, I dare to suggest that a farmer be a playable character in a fighting game, but I think there's enough reasons to warrent him.
1. There's room in SSB for completely quirky characters. Plenty of room in fact. Besides, he's more believable than Animal Crossing characters (what with that axe & all)
2. He's been on many Nintendo-released games & got his start on the SNES.
3. He's well known & I'm presuming popular.
