Character Customization Based on Names?

I was thinking, and just like my Stage Builder thread, this is something I don't know is confirmed or not. Smash for 3ds and WiiU has names like Melee and Brawl did. So will you be able to set certain custom moves to names? For example, if my friend and I are both Mario players, will I be able to set the Fire Orb to my name as Mario's special, and my friend could set Fast Fireball to his name as Mario's special? I'm really hoping that this is the case cause if not and everyone has to use the same moves I set them to, that would be lame.

We know through the Japanese demo-stations, that you can create different sets and choose them over the character select screen.

Would be nice if custom item specifications could be saved to names. Same for choosing a default sort of custom moves.
