Every time someone posts a tier list, I always see comments like "X is WAY too low" or "Y is definitely NOT the best character in the game".

So, I thought it would be funny to see what a tier list would look like if it was made purely off of comments like those.

24 hours and over 1200 responses later, I think it's time to close the polls. I'll post a link here once I'm finished with the tier list!
