Changing the Super Smashes

If that's doable, it would be fantastic. Personally, I think that rather than having some ridiculous attack, they should be turned (temporarily) into a far more powerful version of themself, and you can have more than one person get this at once. Examples: Link would turn into Wolf Link; Charizard into Mega Charizard; Squirtle into Wartortle (or Blastoise), basically all of the pokemon would evolve for their supers; mario would ride on Yoshi; Yoshi's would be the same, but he'd be vulnerable. Oh right, they wouldn't be impervious while using a super, just harder to knock away. Fox's would be... I really don't know... but that's why I'm making this thread. Even if it's not doable, it's still a cool topic, I think.

creating alt versions of characters for a final smash would require using up a character slot, which means they wouldn't be able to put in a custom character (like they did with roy and mewtwo).

so, it's not feasible at all to make one for every character. then, if they did it for any characters, it would literally take up slots for any future character additions, preventing those from happening.
