Changing the names of my custom songs

I see on a lot of the videos from the S@X streams that their custom songs are correctly named. Whenever they start a match on FD for instance, the title on the top left will say "Anarchy Reigns - Kill 'Em All" instead of the title of the song they replaced, like "Final Destination (Melee)." Does anyone know of a resource or guide I could use to do this so my DuckTales Moon Theme on Space Armada isn't introduced as Tunnel Scene X?

Edit: Welp, I decided to use my brain and found a few guides in the sticky I was supposed to look at before posting anything. Sorry. =|
