Changing stage file for custom stages

Is there a way or program that can change what defalt stage a custom stage can go over. I want to use this stage http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/Bra...=*&Credit=*&Info=*&Thumb1=*&Type=**&TypeAlt=* wich goes over the Temple stage but I want it to go over Jungle Japes instead

In the left side box, choose the base stage (temple in this case) and on the right side box choose the stage you want it to go over (jungle japes). Make sure North America is boxed, and hit the download button. You'll receive a file, st_dxgarden.rel. Now take the stage's file from your download, and rename it from STGDXSHRINE to STGDXGARDEN. Place STGDXGARDEN in the stages folder, and place st_dxgarden.rel in the module folder and you should be good to go.
