Changing rules on Brawl+/-?

I just recently got Brawl+ and while I was playing stock matches I normally like setting the stock around 20-30 lives for long matches, but I noticed that no matter what options I select on Stock there is a set time of 8 minutes

I tried using Brawl - assuming it doesn't come with that 8 minute time but it's the same results.

I just want to know if it's possible to edit the rules set with Brawl+/- and how to do it.

All I really want to do is have unlimited amount of time for stock matches or at least change it so it's higher than 8 minutes.

You may just need to unlock the advanced rules in the game. look up on gamefaqs on how to do that. I'm sure that will fix the problem.

Oh I forgot about that(after all I did just get the game)

But it's ok I found out how to change it with the codes from another site(wiird)

I'll just post it if anyone else wants to find out.

Just move the decimal place over and act as if its in hex.
For Example, if you want
