I'm trying to change some of the tracks in stages with my own music and I know it's possible in 3.5 because of random builds (ex. Sempai's build) but yeah can I get some help?

Quick/Fast Method: Grab a song, convert it to .wav using audacity, open the .wav file up in brawlbox, loop the song in brawlbox, and export the song as a .brstm file from brawlbox. Afterwards, label the song the stage number you want to replace (EX: A01, A02, etc). To change the name of the song in game, use the songmanager program

For more help, watch how Theytah does it in his tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ff_qK9Mr9_k

Step 1. Obtain a .BRSTM. These can be found on such sites like Brawl Custom Music or by converting your own music files yourself (see the tutorial linked above this post for example).

Step 2. Rename .BRSTM according to the song you wish to replace. You can find the naming guide attached to this post.

Step 3. Place the renamed .BRSTM in the "STRM" folder on your sd card (*sd root*>projectm>pf>sound>strm)

I'd hardly call that the "quick" method, especially when you're telling the poor guy to utilize a bunch of probably foreign programs like it's nothing.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZTRThrcTCF4 Does this guy know what he's doing? i found this video and seems like redxslashes quick method.
Theytah's video doesn't cover how to loop songs, just simply "drag-n-converting" them to the .BRSTM format. The video you found kinda half-way covers looping songs, which is only important if you care about quality or consistency.

I get what your saying, but it's the quick method from scratch. A lot of people won't just grab .brstm files because they want there own songs in the game, and most already made .brstm files don't have the songs people want to hear in there own custom builds.
