Is there a way to do this other than changing the raw data of the brstm? Like, is there a way to just change the volume the Wii plays an individual song at? I noticed in the Song Manager there is an option to change a value that seems to correspond to the volume, but nothing changes when I play it on my Wii.

There are several codes for modifying global in-game volume and individual trackslot volume, though from what I've gathered, those codes have stopped working with the newest P:M update.
If this is the case, the only thing you can do really is manually increase the brstm's volume via audio editor and reconversions.
