Changing Homebrew to hackless

So, I had went to download a BrawEx pack and when I open it off my Wii U and It only shows vBrawl characters but, shows custom stages which freezes when you select it. I later find out that it was only for homebrew so, is there any way I can change this into hackless instead of homebrew?

I'm assuming you don't actually have the Homebrew Channel installed?

Ok I did and it did the same thing

Your SD card should have:

* /codes/RSBE01.gct
* /private/wii/app/RSBE/st/st_<###>,bin
* /private/wii/app/RSBE/pf/ with several folders therein
* boot.elf
* (maybe) gameconfig.txt

are those all there?

The st and pf need to be in the same RSBE folder if it is then yes my SD card looks like that

Okay, so in the /pf/ folder should be, at the least:

* /BrawlEx/
* /fighter/
* /module/
* /system/

and probably also:
* /info/
* /info2/
* /menu/

/module/ must have bx_fighter.rel, and /system/ must have common2.pac, and usually also common3.pac
