Changing control set up

is there a way i can change project M so i remove the left and right taunt on DPAD switch them with Left and right movement. i am playing on dophin 4.468

i am playing on a PS3 controller i have game set up so i can play on DPAD only problem is i cant turn my hero around with out dashing. so i need to bind some keys to turn me around change there radius value.

unless someone knows of another way i can change the radius value.

any help would be great thanks :D
