Changing colour and look of the Character Select Menu

Pretty much the title. I'm referring to the general look of the character select screen, I'm mainly looking to just change the colour of the background and not much else; but would be interested in more.

If you open up sc_selcharacter in BrawlBox, in MiscData[30] under the Textures folder, there'll be a texture named bg_stars01 - you can recolor it and it'll change the background color.
