Changing announcer voice

Okay, so I'm in quite the dilemma,

I'm trying to replace one voice from the announcer in PM

Before you say "REEEEEE IT'S SO EEEZZZ JUST REPLACE THE 223 SAWNDZ FILE WITH SUPER SAWNDS"

Yeah I would except for the fact that Super Sawndz doesn't even open the file it was meant to open. It only opens BRSAR files and that's NOT what i'm trying to do at ALL. Kind of a misleading program name if you ask me...

I just want to change ONE voice line from the announcer and any help would be absolutely appreciated

while having the brsar loaded in Super Sawndz, just click on the + button and it will show all of the sounds. (Please note of file size limits and the requirement of a few SDK tools in order to replace the sounds.)
