No. It is a video and cannot be changed without somehow changing the video.

the thp video file you need to replace is called OPMovie.thp located in the "movie" subfolder. this is say for example a brawl iso or a pm iso built from brawl. unfortunately i don't believe THP files are supported by the file patch code. i'm sure you could use riivolution though.

Yeah, THPs can't be changed using Gecko or the Project M Launcher. It works with Riivolution, and that's what I use to load my custom build of Project M. Seeing this every time I boot up Project M is pretty awesome.
