Change CSS background color

I'm rather new to modding PM. So far I've been able to change the main menu and SSS background color, but I'm having trouble figuring out the CSS. Any help or advice would be appreciated! Thanks

The file that determines the background color for the CSS is a texture called bg_stars01 within sc_selcharacter.pac's MiscData[30]. It is near the bottom of the texture folder there.
