Jump! Ultimate Stars featured a unique character, or actually three, three characters who have never been featured in any manga before, and most probably will never be. They were the komamen. You had the red koma, which represented power, the green koma, which represented wisdom, and the yellow koma, which represented the laughter. As some of us know strength trumps intelligence, intelligence owns smile and smile kicks strength.

Now this character has one big problem when it comes to Super Smash Bros. The Jump! DS games only have three types of attacks: normal, powerful and special. There are five different normal and power attacks and only two special. The normal attacks are divided in neutral, up, forward, down and air. Special only has normal (forward or neutral) and up.

So, how can this character be filled with attacks?

Let's just start with the special attacks.

B Neutral would be the standard attack of the komaman, where he enlarges himself and shows a sort of explosion-like scene. Let's call it Explosion Scene.

B Up would be the same as in the original game, where he unfolds upwards. I believe there are a type of comics which only consist of one line. I forgot how they were called, but the special would most definitely be called like that. EDIT: tirkaro pointed out they were called yonkomas.

B Forward would be completely be made up. However, since Jump! is completely based on the Weekly Jump! magazine, we can draw inspiration from classical manga scenes. So, in this case, we can have these effect texts shoot out of Komaman. However, this could also fit B Downward well. And if we assign it to B Downward, we could use B Forward as a dashing attack, like these fast-paced manga, where you find yourself skipping from one koma to the other (koma is japanese for panel).

Final Smash? I don't know. Page Tear? Flip Page? It's really hard to think of something for such a character, especially since it's a dummy character.

but a pig in the sun
this is the greatest character idea ever. no seriously, I cant believe I never thought of him before 0_0. komaman 4 brawl!!!!!!

oh, and the "one line" comics are called "yonkoma"

his final smash should cause a bunch of original manga characters to pop out and attack the opponent.

Character suggestions should really stop now. Brawl will be out in 3 months, don't you think it's too late now?

Btw, this guy screams "Sandbag". That is what he was in his game.
