Now this character has one big problem when it comes to Super Smash Bros. The Jump! DS games only have three types of attacks: normal, powerful and special. There are five different normal and power attacks and only two special. The normal attacks are divided in neutral, up, forward, down and air. Special only has normal (forward or neutral) and up.
So, how can this character be filled with attacks?
Let's just start with the special attacks.
B Neutral would be the standard attack of the komaman, where he enlarges himself and shows a sort of explosion-like scene. Let's call it Explosion Scene.
B Up would be the same as in the original game, where he unfolds upwards. I believe there are a type of comics which only consist of one line. I forgot how they were called, but the special would most definitely be called like that. EDIT: tirkaro pointed out they were called yonkomas.
B Forward would be completely be made up. However, since Jump! is completely based on the Weekly Jump! magazine, we can draw inspiration from classical manga scenes. So, in this case, we can have these effect texts shoot out of Komaman. However, this could also fit B Downward well. And if we assign it to B Downward, we could use B Forward as a dashing attack, like these fast-paced manga, where you find yourself skipping from one koma to the other (koma is japanese for panel).
Final Smash? I don't know. Page Tear? Flip Page? It's really hard to think of something for such a character, especially since it's a dummy character.
