Challenger approaching bug

So my project m after ever match Says a new challenger is approaching and will start with rob or game and watch then fighting him will freeze it. It somehow runs vanilla brawl and gets everything all the items back etc. How can I fix this? I run 3.5 off of cfg usb loader and ocarina. i also have astaright pm iso but it does the same thing after every match

If you didn't unlock all the characters in your Brawl save file, the Challenger Approaching screen will keep appearing. You could download a fully-complete Brawl save, and copy that to the Wii using homebrew. Also, make sure the Ocarina hooktype is set to AXNextFrame in Loader Settings.

i've had a 100 percent unlocked on the characters since the start of my pm career which was last december. i just recently got this problem about 2 weeks go and i tried the axnextframce but the problem still persists
