No, but he can get regrabs off bthrow and fthrow if you predict that the foe will shield after he/she/it lands from them. Bthrow regrabs work better b/c if the laser hits the foe, they won't enter knockdown when they land, they'll be in neutral stance

Vs. Fox you can add a Backthrow with the B and F-Throws, just try not to be predictable.

You can pseudo chaingrab fox with down throw (he can shine out of it or di) and back throw (he can easily DI). Both work as good mix ups that people may fall into from time to time because they don't expect such a stupid trick to be used against them.

You can also pseudo chaingrab floaties with f-throw, if they do dumb DI and shield because they're expecting to get hit. Plus, you can laser in between grabs and it may work against any character or any player that has been conditioned to shield regularly because of lasers + pressure.
