Chain Grab Help (3DS)

I've seen some people pull off down throw into the u-air meteor which can then chain grab. For some reason though, I can't seem to pull it off. It's driving me insane because I feel like it will be one of the best grab options after the opponent is out of the f-throw to bf. Any tips?
