i need to know how to do the chaing rab where u dash forward, grab opponent, and throw to nana, specifically, no links or too broad descriptions

and, i need to know as much as possible or a link to a place with a lot of info on mindgames

Mindgames are pretty much anything that happens in a game, just dodge your opponent and block and counter and hit them before you get hit, easy no.
