cf texture hack problem

I never texture hacked Falcon before, but I'll try to help...
Is that eye a texture data? Because just incase it is, you can easily remove/erase it.
If it's a model however, you need to either delete the polygon by using the polygon delete or just use the vertex hacking method to remove it on a 3-D program.
Otherwise, I don't have the slightest clue. I don't really know how the original creator deleted the eye part on Falcon for his Master Chief model hack.
