Firstly, if you have facebook (you should make one if you don't), you can join http://www.facebook.com/groups/639367622752544/ which is the central NY facebook group, it is very active and full of players in and around CNY.

Also feel free to post in this thread which is our regions main thread for communication on smashboards.

Also I'm curious, what smash game do you play? Who do you main? How long you've been playing? What made you want to play smash competitively?

This only like, 4 days late but i said melee in my post but i have switched to project M, and right now i main Marth and play Peach as a secondary. I started playing smash competitvely because i've always played the game, and wanted to get really good at it, and with smash 4 right around the corner, when is a better time to pick it up then now?
