We need to do something!

I've been lurking these board for awhile off and on. I always come back to watch for some small hint of a Brawl tournament or something for the Central Valley, but all the glory either goes to North or South California. So its time WE do something!

I've seen some people say that they're planning this or that, but nothing past loose whispers. I don't particularly want to drive 2+ hours for a tournament myself, so lets make this thing happen here.

Me and my group of friends feel we can get a tournament going for the Central Valley, but we need to see that there is an interest! Just make some noise down below, and give us some in-put on what you might like to see happen( Such as if you'd be willing to pay for a cash tourney or would rather just have friendly's for the time being).

Lets get this thing going!

I'm the tournament organizer at UC Merced. I held melee tournaments, and am thinking of a revival. If I set a date and venue, you guys would come through right?

Melee seems to be what I'm going to hold right now, I don't think I can get enough equipment for brawl.
