Cbliss Dilemma for Mewtwo. Only use 8 costumes? Help

Everyone her already know about CBliss, it alloaws more costume slots for characters. Was developed by Mewtwo2000. For some reason, in PM 3.5, CBliss doesn't show Mewtwo, so I can't increase his slots to 10.

Any way around this? Or can someone send me a 3.5 GCT file with full costumes for Mewtwo?
