Castle Siege 3rd Transformation No Rocking

Would it be possible to have the lava transformation of Castle Siege as a standalone? By preventing the stage from switching? Even further would it be possible to prevent the stage from rocking? I saw something like this on Brawlvault but the link is broken and it's 4 years old. Does this exist anywhere? If not would it be difficult for a noob to figure out how to do it on my own?

Libertyernie recently ported these stages to go over Final Destination. I'm not sure if the third stage doesn't have the rocking, but it's worth a try. Here ya go!
