Capturing with Component Cables?

I read all the threads here that I thought might answer my question, but it was...confusing to say the least. Sorry to make yet another capture thread, but I'm hoping I will be asking a simple question in order to get a simple answer.

Basically, I'm trying to get the best possible capture quality for the least amount of money. If I could get a set up for under 50 bucks, that would be fantastic.

I don't need any help with the editing aspect of this. All I need to know is the best way to get video captured onto my laptop. I'm already 100% sure that my computer is powerful enough to edit as I've done this before many times.

I'd rather not have to buy s-video wii cables since I already have component cables. The question is basically this: is there a relatively inexpensive way to capture video to my PC laptop using my component cables through a USB 2.0/firewire port? Thanks, guys.

I dont know for sure if there is a option below 50 bucks, at least not here in Holland but the most populiar device is dazzle so far i know. If you dont want to spend much money i recommed the dazzle dvc 100. But i am almost sure below 50 bucks is not a option.
