Capture Card HELP

I am thinking about getting a capture card and this is what I am looking at

I know it's alot more expensive then a normal one but I have a mac (harder to find capture cards for) and it's no where near my wii. Will this work just fine along with a usb hard drive/ flashdrive?

System Requirements:
Input connectors

* Composite Video: 1xRCA (PAL-SECAM-NTSC)
* S-Video: 1xY/C (PAL-SECAM-NTSC)
* Stereo Audio: 2xRCA

Capture format:

* H.264 (MPEG-4)

best bet is to get a SCART/RCA split. cause if you plug your wii into that capture card. you wouldnt be able to see what your doing.

im not sure if american TV have SCART sockets back of the TV


the capture format should be fine. its actually one of the recommended video formats for youtube. there should be a CD with a H.264 codec installer if your PC/MAC cant view it.
