Just thought I'd do some testing for Captain Falcon's grab in Project M. Not sure if this information is exactly identical to Melee, so all of it could already be known. All characters tested were in a stationary crouching position. Here the results:

Note: JC Grabs were only tested on characters who had a possible miss. Grabs will also hit crawlers unless specified otherwise.

tl;dr: Sheik, Jigglypuff, Squirtle, Kirby, G&W and Snake can crouch to avoid most of/all of Falcon's grabs.

A lot of this was known. Falcon had an issue grabbing very short and very low to the ground characters in Melee.

How extensive was your testing on spacing when it came to dash grab though? I ask because sometimes dash grab while touching a crouching/low person won't get them, but a dash grab timed slightly earlier might. Most of this list looks correct, but I remember picking up a few lower characters with Falcon + Ganon with well spaced dash grab, when it didn't seem possible. Your notes on weird dash grab spacing for Squirtle seem correct, I distinctly remember something like that possibly for other characters

Either way kudos for the whole list. Kirby, G^W, and Jiggs were obvious with their flat crouches, but many people forget Snake
