Thought we needed a thread like this, so here it is.
I'm going to AUSOM 10: The Banishment of Ganondorf today, maybe see some of you there! Will report results and record as much footage as I can

There were 60-70ish entrants for PM at AUSOM. I won my pool, and won my first bracket match, but the tournament staff misrecorded it as a loss for me, and by the time everyone had realized the mistake, the bracket was too far in progress to fix it. So I had to bodybag everyone in Loser's Bracket to make Grand Finals (Which I did). I then triple 2-stocked KoKingpin in Loser's Finals, and would have gotten to play Pikachad in Grands, but the tournament ran out of time, and literally had to be ended right there, so I was forced to accept 2nd place prize. Pretty disappointing, but oh well, I did everything I could, and have no personal regrets. I'll share all the footage I can when it's ready.

I guess I'll contribute to this. I got 5th at Squabbles Smash 3 (44 entrants), finished behind Nintendude, Chu, PinkFresh, and Chillin. Got knocked into losers by JCaesar, and knocked out by Chu. No footage because no stream.

Can Falcon still do his ledgehop, reverse wavedash off edge, fast fall, grab ledge, repeat trick (or I guess as people like to call it, Hax dashing) for maintaining invincibility? I never did it in melee but I'm so close to getting it in PM.

It probably still works, will try working in the lab with it.

Did you guys know that you can get the side-b hop from hitting projectiles? It's a fun and typically unaccounted for way to recover. Also occasionally relevant with the smashville balloons.

I'm just going off of memory here, but I'm pretty certain that this doesn't work on stronger projectiles like Super Missile. It's great on stuff like Fireball, Turnip, PK Freeze, etc. though.

Last night I tied for 5th at a small (11 entrants) local Biweekly tourney in Tampa. I lost to the eventual Champion (Yoshi) and to a fellow Falcon who ended up coming in 4th. No video but there should be some at the next Biweekly event because the host should have his video setup going at that point. Comfortably won an 18 man tournament last Saturday featuring many of GA's best players, sadly no vids were recorded. Really looking forward to some tougher competition at Cute Cats 7 on the 17th, which will have all our best players and some OOS dudes. I'm also participating in a 100$ crew money match there between my homies and I VS another GA group who thinks we're fraudulent, gonna be hype, and gonna be recorded!
