Well as you can see the new update the Red Wireflame guy seems to be a similar shape to CF and not Samus if your wondering.

Well duh C.Falcon was going to be in. But there were some un-beleivers... I think this just tells us he's in.

Yes, it is most likely him. It has the same poses as the male wireframe in Melee, which is Captain Falcon's model.
