Captain Falcon(as Red Alloy) Confirmed?

In the How To play commerical ( http://brawlcentral.com/ ) around 3.45 if you look at the Red Alloy, it looks like he does the knee. This kinda confirms Captain Falcon. Or that the Red Alloy basically just has his moves.

also if you look closely when he dropps from invulnerablity frames he does falcons nuetral air

i think that the single move is a dead giveaway the knee is kinda hard to see though
