Would be mostly the same as Olimar, but with some changes
Moveset Changes:
Neutral Special: Instead of whites and purples,Charlie would use Rocks and Winged Pikmin. The Rocks would be like Purples, but be resistant to physical attacks. Winged Pikmin wouldn't weigh down Charlie in his Up Special, but they would be the least resistant to attacks of all Pikmin.
Side Special: Instead of throwing,Charlie would use the charge feature, causing the Pikmin to attack the closest fighter. But they wouldn't go off of ledges, unless they are Winged Pikmin.
Final Smash:
Instead of the Hocotate Ship, Charlie would use the Drake, the Drake would also come down diagonally instead of straight down.
Other Changes:
On-Screen Appearance: Instead of coming out of the Hocotate Ship, Charlie comes out of the Drake.
Up Taunt: Squeaks his Rubber Duck.
Side Taunt: Charlie points his finger and blows his whistle
Down Taunt: Charlie puts his hands on his hips
Idle Animation: Looks at the Koppad.
Victory Screen 1: Charlie lies on the ground, while 3 Yellow Pikmin swarm around him
Victory Screen 2: Charlie walks out of a Vehemoth Phosbat’s Mouth
Victory Screen 3: Charlie runs around in panic, with 3 Yellow Pikmin chasing him.
Stage: Phosbat Cave, it's a darker stage with mushrooms to light up, the Vehemoth Phosbat also appears to attack fighters.
