Capt. Falcon Frame Advantage/Disadvantage Info?

You pretty much have to look at the other frame data threads stickied in every character thread to actaully get the numbers, but let me save you some time. Captain falcon, on shield has exactly 1 situation in which he is positive on shield, and that is a frame perfect knee right before landing. It's only by one frame, and against shiek, falco, fox they have options faster than that, so against his three worst matchups, it doesn't become a factor(Theoretically).
That being said, most people are not frame perfect and you'll find a lot of things that shouldn't work that regularly do. Knowing the data is good (I would even go as far as saying required), but after learning it don't let it rule you. This isn't a TFG, and it will ruin you in this game.

Generally speaking spacing is what makes it safe. Think of it as setting up frame traps. You hit the shield with just the tip of the nair, they try to grab or roll away, and you punish that with a knee/stomp/grab. Take a look at the falcon index thread. There's a lot of crap , but there is also a lot of gems in it too.
