Caping an opponent on the ledge forces them on-stage. (Possible true combo into dsmash/dtilt?)

Title. There may be follow-ups, but it's so fast you'd probably have had to buffer it.

Curiously, Cape > Dsmash like this registers as a true combo. Which is VERY weird, since cape has no hitstun. Maybe it's an intended effect only for on-ledge opponents?

If nothing else, it seems like a more rewarding regrab punish at high percents than dash attack.
