I couldn't find a related thread at all.
It used to be possible for me to input my throws and then follow them up with a smash, again using the c-stick. Now, suddenly, that's become impossible. When I try to, there's a delay between when I hit the stick and when the move comes out. This is an issue on every single character and is also present regardless of the controller in use. This issue came up long after an update. It literally appeared out of nowhere.
EDIT: Forgot to include that changing ports does nothing either.
EDIT2: THIS AFFECTS MORE THAN JUST C-STICKED THROWS
