cant get dolphin to work..

I followed multiple youtube tutorials, feeling defeated because I know im smarter than that. Ive looked in every forum, googled every possible question. Tried all troubleshooting.

im using Dolphin 4.0 obviously, and have tried each of the three versions of SSMB ISO's, but all crash when I press any button while the "all characters and stages" AR code is active. If this code is not active, the game runs.

Do I have to unlock everything manually? or is there an easy fix. Im very frustrated.

If I'm not mistaken the built-in AR codes are only valid for version 1.0, not the more common 1.02 and even then I've never actually gotten them to work correctly.

The easiest way around this is to make or find a 20XX iso and just load that without any AR codes.
The default values for 20XX has everything unlocked.

trying this once im done at work. thanks a bunch, didn't see any 20XX ISO's. not sure how to make one lol. that's for another day..
