Can't Extract Project M .zip file?

Anytime I download project M 3.5 my download gets interrupted after I download 300 or so Megabytes. It asks me to restart download, so I did. It works this time. Then, I cant extract the file with WinRAR. It keeps saying that "the archive is either in an unknown format or damaged. I really need some help!

It's just a standard ZIP file, so you don't need anything other than your standard file manager to unzip it.

I know this thread is a bit old, but i have the same problem and used that mirror to get it working before, but the mirror doesnt have 3.6. When I download 3.6 off of the official site Winrar says the files are in an unknown format or damaged and after removing Winrar windows said it could not open the file.
