Cannot unlock Dreamland64

I tried searching for previous people with the same issue as me but never found one with a solution...

According to everywhere on the internet I have to beat target test with each character to unlock Dreamland64. I have all 25 characters (Including Game&Watch) and beat each target test within 1:30. No stage or trophy. Is there another missing requirement somewhere?

I don't think so, so go into target test and double check everything. This should go in the 1 player boards though just so you know

Ive checked everytime I open melee hoping one day i'd find that I missed someone. But all their highscores have a time on them which im assuming means I already beat it as that character.
Sorry about the wrong thread placement, tend to make that mistake a bit.

Basically you actually haven't done all the target tests. There are default time in place even if you've never beaten them. So do them.
