Cannot build an ISO

So, I cannot seem to find an answer on the forums here (I am sure there is one, but i can't seem to find it). The problem i am having is that I already have a ripped copy of Brawl from my wii of my own copy, I have the Netplay 3.5 ISO builder, I have a soft modded Wii, and I have a USB loading program. The only problem is, is that I cannot get past the ISO building part. I have tried running the builder as Admin and still no dice. This is what I get every time I try to build the ISO

What the heck am I doing wrong?

It looks like you put some file or other in the wrong place. The folder containing the ISO builder should look like this:

/banners/
/patch/
/projectm/
/wit/
Build_ISO v3.5.bat
gameconfig.txt
RSBE01.gct
smashbros_sound.brsar
RSBE01.iso (i.e. your Brawl ISO)
