Can you save your progress on Project M?

I'm not really trying to save my progress, I'm trying to save the music I want for places and the names I entered. I don't play online much, but I do play multiplayer a lot. Therefore, I want to save names and music for places. Is this possible?

BTW, I'm using Dolphin Emulator and Thetyah's Custom Build.

Thanks!

Not renaming song titles. I'm trying to save the settings I have saved for the music I want played in certain stages. Whenver I quit the game it doesn't save.

Can I save my game playing Project M?

That should save like normal. Not to sure why it would not be saving.

I don't know if it has to do that I had a saved file from Brawl. Maybe they got mixed?

Because sometimes when I'm playing on Project M, the normal Brawl character and stage screen appear.

That sounds like your SD card need formatted then. The Wii is failing to read the SD card some times. That should never happen. Try reformatting and installing again.

Yeah that happens to me too. Only after the music gets all garbled or whatever, and I quickly reset the match. It goes back to Brawl stages, music and physics. Idk if that's what you mean there.

About what you're asking before, I don't even know how that's possible. The only way that could happen normally is if you changed all those song settings and kept forgetting lol. But maybe you could try going to the wii saves menu and copy brawl's data? That's what I would try, for the sake of trying. Though I don't think it'll help, and I honestly don't think anyone but Nintendo could address this.

If the issue is only on Project M and not Brawl, then yeah it could possibly be the SD card. Do a format in that case, like they said above.
After that, if it still didn't work, your other 4 options- call Nintendo, deal with it, turn off the music altogether (what I'd do), or last resort- do a system format. Everything from Brawl would be gone in that case, but I was told that Project M unlocks everything.

I suggest the same thing for you, Mean Green. Format and reinstate. That should never happen. My Wii has only done that once before and that was back in 2.1. PM should be table when running.

Oh, yeah I know. But mine's just a brstm problem. Usually happens when certain brstms reach a certain point, some that I've made or moved too much (apparently). I think if I removed them altogether, it wouldn't happen.
I've read that (contrary to advice on this problem) SD cards should never be defragged, so I just keep replacing them or deal with it when the problem happens again
