I'm definitely getting project M, but I was just wondering if I could revert if I needed to, like, if some friends came over and wanted to stick to the original.

You will forever be stuck with Playstation Allstars Battle Royale. Sorry.

Just don't put your SD card in and play vBrawl, but...why would you want to?

Even my non-competitive friends prefer PM because of the character balance and more entertaining speed.

Some people really like the multi dodge from brawl.

I know for a fact that anyone who can't wavedash is almost assured to like Brawl's airdodge better than Melee's air dodge.

Yeah, but I really think even without the Melee air dodge, the PM positives outweighs the Brawl positives.

Besides, even casual players would probably find stuff like Roy and Mewtwo, or the return of 64 stages, or Pokemon not being tied down to PT's ridiculous stamina mechanic interesting.

Or, in the words of one of my friends "Peach not being paper anymore."

Edit: Turbo mode. Anybody can spam buttons until cool stuff happens, and now it will!

Unfamiliarity can put people off as well.

This is only a problem because of the fact that project M is a mod.

If the changes made were official nintendo based changes then people would be more accepting of them instead of being opposed to them.
I cannot begin to tell you how close minded most people are when it comes to mods.

I guess my mates are just better than others. Just like me, they've sat down and compared the changes 1:1. Although in a couple of cases, it was just "ROY!!!! AHHHHH!!!! AHHHHHHH!"

Also, absolutely no one I've ever met likes tripping. I mean why?

Tldr: Don't have unreasonable or stupid friends.
