Can you make a Character?

I was wondering if it was possible to create a full character with hacks. I heard that they added Sora, but I never saw it. I was hoping that people could make characters and post the code online. Is this possible?

No, you realistically couldn't, and Sora isn't a playable a character in Brawl. Plus, if you made a character that was copyrighted you'd probably be sued, which doesn't sound too fun--especially from a big company like Nintendo or Sony, etc.

Generally speaking, codes for Brawl involve tweaking already-established data in the game, not generating completely new data.
