Can you edge cancel Bowser's down b?

My goal is aerial down b (with aerial momentum) > edge cancel on side of a platform> whatever (aerial/klaw)

Is this possible? I could have sworn I did this on accident but I'm having trouble doing it in practice mode.

yeah, you can but idk the specifics behind it or how exactly to do it. it's pretty slow unfortunately and although a neat idea, i'm not sure how well it would actually work.

Yeah I don't see too much practical use out of it but I find it interesting none-the-less.

What about grounded down b? I fear it may be too slow but I've seen amsa making great use of it on opponents on platforms.
