can windows movie make go fullscreen?

i use windows movie maker for my brawl vids, and i set it 16:9, but on youtube, there are still black bars on the side, can i make it so it takes the entire screen? thanks.

also, which is better apple imovie or windows movie maker, and can imovie capture from capture card. thanks.

Following that guide should work.

Just make sure you produce your project in WMM as a widescreen video (and make sure 16:9 option is checked in the options of WMM before you produce), and upload that file. It should work fine.
