Can someone make a custom SFX for Shulk?

I've seen people make melee sfx for melee alts, can someone make a shulk sfx over the armored ike alts?

By "people," there's only been one person @Amazerommu , of which takes him an insurmountable amount of time to do. Your best bet would be to request it from him directly, or to learn PSA and Super_Sawndz and program the sfx accordingly for the costume slot.
