Can someone help me with texture hacking?

I play project m hackless on my Wii u, and I need some help. I don't know how to texture hack a character. I've always wanted to make a luigi skin that has blue textures and has a J on the cap instead of an L. Some help would be appreciated.

You need BrawlBox to open up a character's texture files, a good picture editor such as paint.net or the GIMP, and Luigi's original files.

Go to Fighter>Luigi>FitLuigi03.PCS(which is the blue costume) and download it. Open up the pcs file through BrawlBox and export the texture data for his hat & edit to your heart's content.

When done editing his textures, put them back inside the pcs file.

Move the pcs file to his folder on the SD card and Luigi should have a new blue texture edited by you.

And to add onto that, you'll want to also have a .pac file if you want to use it in singleplayer, and you should modify the icons(Use brawl costume manager set to pm mappings, you'll save yourself a ton of headaches)
