If you hit by Meteor smash attack on the stage. You can tech on the stage.

So.

Bowser use Dair → Ness teched!On the stage!

That was either an amazing tech, or an attempt to shield the incoming dair that turned into a tech.

trust me, completely accidental. Tried to shield and it was late obviously. Thanks for explaining
