Can someone give me some simple help finding codes?

I've installed homebrew and think I understand how to load up codes, so what I need is some actual codes.

I can't find any well organized lists of Brawl codes anywhere on the web, from here to that Gecko site.

I would appreciate if anyone could either direct me to a code database of sorts.

Is there a beta mode code like there was in Melee? That one covered a lot, so if anyone knows could you please tell me?

I know these types of topics are annoying, but been looking for awhile now, and this site is too confusing, and I don't understand any of the abbreviations.
